We purchased a used Heidelberg Primescan, and looked everywhere for someone to do training for us on the LinoColor software it came with. Found Jim Stone on one of the Print Planet Forums. He arranged his schedule to come to our office to meet my deadline, and was a very thorough trainer. Covered all aspects of the scanner and the LinoColor software, plus lots of the basics of color. He could answer any questions my operators gave him, and is available for any questions we had after he left. I don't think we've had to call him yet! I highly recommend him to anyone in the need of training."
